    After scanning your International Flight comparason costing page I tried to get some basic info from your company today this so I could make a booking with Web Jet it’s 11/4/16 I rang your 1300 137 737 number & spoke to some one who called himself Devon in Manilla i/d # 394 i asked basic questions which he claimed he could not answer. I then asked to speak to some one who could answer these basic non specific questions for me to be able to book today again he told me now there so I asked to speak to the supervisor a SP thats the only I/d he gave me on that supervisor , then he left me hanging on for about 10 minutes hoping I’d hang up …he then return & asked me to forward the Web Page in question . I said you will have that already as it is the Company your working for so you don’t need me to send it to you. This is what I’m up against !!! I just want to book a flight with Web Jet…. CALL THIS SERVICE ????? Devon, after another 6 minutes came back again saying…. she is still busy & asked for my Phone number . I asked again for the supervisors name & number this time I got SP i/d # 262…that all he would give me . I then reluctantly gave my phone number then hung up and wrote this email . I wonder what you may do ??? My contact phone number is Australia 02-44460262 .I ask you this… Do think this behaviour is in any way acceptable ? & would you.. if you were me wish to use a Company that is so un-proffessionally managed and represented ?

      I too had this problem and actually hung up after 33 minutes of waiting to speak to supervisor.
      I wanted to change my daughter ticket from 17/7/16 to 21/10/16, I received the said email with the paypal tag clicked on it and paid, then received an automated email stating please do not respond we will contact you shortly so today called and after chatting online, calling and 8 emails from different people, they cant find the attachment message from them.
      I have booked with these people 9 times this year and you would think i would learn but no !

    Over an hour (65 minutes to be exact) minutes of waiting for a supervisor (being put on hold quarter of an hour at a time) and still never got to talk to one.
