    Have not received order, checked status on line but no joy in that. Tried to ring your customer service number 1300 135604 No joy in that either.

      I have exactly the same problem. Tom Tom took the money via my credit card, but I did not receive a receipt or order number. So far they’ve wanted me to PROVE the money’s been taken, even though that would be transparent through their bank. So even though it’s a failure of THEIR system, they put the onus on the customer to resolve it. Zero out of ten for customer service.

    I keep receiving emails from TomTom that my “safety camera” subscription has expired with a link to renew. I have already renewed my 2015 subscription with the receipt to prove it. Can you please enquire into this? Thanks

    Yesterday I purchased the following item Gangster Tony Nav4 EU Meters. for TOM TOM START GO 60 M EUROPEAN MAPS. After dowloading and installing I searched on the GPS, for the new sound, but it cannot be found in the GPS, could you please advice the next step.

    we can not upgrade maps on via 280 gps which includes lifetime maps. we have another tom tom 135, without maps included, but on a different email address and this may cause confussion but we want to upgrade according to our purchase of the via 280 so help please thanks

    Bought 3 Tom Tom GPS systems over 10 years with the latest being 1EX00. EVERY one contained old date to begin with and I have been unable to update ANY of them despite having a guaranteed lifetime update with my purchase. Scam product with scam marketing. DO NOT BUY A TOM TOM!

    you NEED to update driver to be compatible with win10. mydriveconnect will NOT work. i am trying to help friends to update thier tomtomstart20 devices. the device WILL NOT be detected by my win 10 machine. please update to win10 driver ASAP, as this is giving me the shits. my friends are whinging. fix your driver so i can get some peace.

    I have an XL one & recently paid for a years map update but keep getting a 407 error message. I have noted from other complaints that this cannot be fixed. I want my money back but it is impossible to contact TomTom direct. How do get satisfaction.

    My father and I both purchased a TomTom each and as I haven’t updated maps the device will not show any maps/routes at all. I was fined as I was driving in a area unknown to me and the device wouldn’t show the map only a picture of the device, a cord and a laptop. Both my father and I are extremely unhappy as when we purchased the devices we weren’t told they can’t be used unless updated. We don’t own a computer so we can’t update.Going to Garmin unless u help us
