    Dear Microsoft Office,

I just purchased and downloaded the “Microsoft Office for Mac Home & Student 2011”. When I tried to install it according to the instructions, I noticed there is something wrong with the Mac. The Mac is dead.

    I’m wondering if I can
    1) install the one I purchased on a normal laptop (windows XP)?
or 2) Shall I change the current product key into the normal office product key? I would like to pay more if necessary.

As the hotline is busy, I’m sending you a comment. Could you please let me know what I shall do if I want to use the office products as soon as possible please? Appreciate your advice.

    Kind regards.

Calling M-Soft on the weekend is just time wasted as you can bo holding onto the phone for over 1 hour before you get to speak to someone.

My Microsoft account has been locked now for several days as a result of someone hacking into my email and trying to send mails imitating me. There were several attempts by my side to recover my account so that I can close this account and may be open a new one with totally different password and information but because of this several attempts now it is blocked by Microsoft and I am not getting any help to recover it.

  4. If you are having trouble with windows10 and this person “Bhatnagar” from their support comes online do not let him take over control of your computer as all he will do is make it worse than when you phoned the company in the first place. Sorry I left his name out but it is in this one.
Also be where that the free windows10 is nothing but a scam, in a very short time there will be an upgrade and it will cost you about $200.00AU and if you do not pay up your computer will not run right. Also the fax number here in Australia is 0298702429 and an email address is So please annoy these 2 first the fax number then the email address as much as possible.

Microsoft 10 cost me $200 to get it removed, computer systems still not right ALSO if one more call comes through from a MICROSOFT person. I will start to constantly contact them while they are trying to get an evening meal.

Back of Microsoft if you cannot control the constant personage making calls and hacking into our systems then what is the point of being on line. I will revert to the old fashion way of doing things. So much for latest technology its turning out to be a pain in the A.
