      Hello there!

So tragic what happened to your German Wings plane over the Alpes! And my heart is with ALL those families who lost loved ones in such horrific circumstances including 2 Australians.
But, I do not see how you could have prevented such tragedy from happening! Nobody can read inside the mind of a madman. Such human beings, when they are mindset to carry on such atrocities they do not share those thoughts with anyone; not their psychiatrist, not their counsellor not even their mothers or best friend.
I just pray to God that that was a wake up call for your airlines executives and new rules have been put in place.
In just a couple of months my daughter and I are to fly with your airline in a very long journey from Adelaide Australia to Portugal & back via Singapore and Frankfurt.
I never had a bad experience with Lufhtansa in the past. I find your airline pretty safe and professional.
I hope that continues to be so.
      I wish you well

I need to contact someone in the SENIOR management to resolve some difficulties which arose during the recent pilots’ strike in early September.
Your website has many forms one can fill in but this issue cannot fit onto any generic form and sadly I have become very disillusioned with an airline which I had always felt comfortable with. Even that tragedy of the flight into the mountain I could reconcile as an unfortunate sequel of a human being snapping. It is harder to reconcile an event when contact is avoided to resolve preventable difficulties.
I would like some one very SENIOR, in a position to make a difference, and WITH A NAME, to reassure me that the chances of something like that happening again are negligible.
