I use an Asus Notebook (with which I am writing at this moment, for example) and I have never ever had any issue or problem with it.
So I can’t give you any advice or share experience with you about the Customer Service… as I have never used it and never needed to call the following Customer Service Phone Number.

Anyway, we wnt you to know the Customer Service Phone Number and want to share with you the range of possibilities you have to ask about, at the Asus Support.

I tried to install Asus DSL-AC68U to get hoped for speedier/better internet service. Your advertising states 30 second set-up. Started phoning alternately Optus then Asus, Optus then Asus, at 10.30 this morning, last phone representative of your company ( approx 6.00pm ) asked was I using PC ? No, I replied, I use a MAC, that’s the problem he said, you should set it up on a PC or other non-MAC device. He also could not find the serial number of the device on your records ??? So that’s ten hours spent uselessly trying to get your 30sec set-up thing installed, and still not able. I would like you to agree to pay me a full refund or arrange for one of you consultants to help me on the phone to connect this device to my MAC,
